Applied through campus. An on-campus interview followed by 0n-site. First-round is simply going through resume and behavior questions. During on-site they ask more technical questions but not that hard. Both rounds are one-to-one interviews with 3 managers.

Start with 30 minutes phone interview & go over resume. May come up with basic statistics & probability. The superday was to interview with all R&D managers. Focus on behavioral questions but also some case studies.
