Took the assessment which seemed pretty rigorous then had phone interview. The lady was nice enough but asked me three ridiculous STAR behavioral type questions that I didn’t have an answer for and I prepared hours for this interview. They seemed to be ‘gotchya’ questions and were NOTHING like the prep questions they emailed before interview. I got an e-mail a few days later saying I wasn’t selected from the lady I spoke with.....come to find out she DOESN’T EVEN WORK FOR PROGRESSIVE...her e-mail address is a Randstad e-mail which is a staffing agency. The whole processes was informal and mundane. Corporate America for ya.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
