Virtual interview. They interview you on past scenarios and situations you've been put in. It took about 3 days for them to let me know if they wanted to proceed. Once they let you know then they do a background check

8 prerecorded behavioral questions, 2 attempts to record 3 min answers which must be delivered in STAR format. Wish I had a few days to prep, I would have done much better. I was invited to the next round of interviews, so I guess it was alright. There are some helpful YouTube videos about preparing in advance for behavioral style questions and the STAR format. I suggest taking time out to study those a few days before hand.

4 part interview process. Including a virtual and phone interview. The virtual interview provides a helpful before video to test practice the questions and answers. Phone interview took 29 mins to complete and the virtual interview took 45 mins
