Progressive Machine and Design interview questions

Spoke with 3 different members of Senior management. Took a tour of building. Negotiated pay expectations. The interview was about 40 minutes. The entire process lasted about 2 hours. Everyone was very professional.

They were very explanatory about the position and the fact that it was an up and coming IT department. The department itself consisted of 3 or 4 people, with large room for growth. The manager was previously in the available role only 2 years prior.
