Thanks for the feedback. This incredibly sarcastic review came from a candidate we've been able to identify, who our team internally deliberated over, and who we ultimately decided was not a great fit. The time it took us to make that decision was a bit longer than usual, but it seems that it was the right choice for both parties. We also wonder why this person may have been so upset at not being offered a role if they were so uncomfortable during the interview process.
We don’t take any sort of pleasure in rejecting anyone, particularly someone who’s made it to our final round - and this case was no exception. And we always value feedback, both positive and negative. But personal attacks and insults are just childish. Instead of an approach like this, why not ask for feedback or reach out to have a conversation?
