      Software Engineer(Internship) Interview

      5 Jan 2018
      Anonymous employee
      San Luis Obispo, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Project Jupyter (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Feb 2016

      Interview

Basic internship interview consisting of 'fizz-buzz', response to scenarios, "how would you approach this problem?" type questions. There was nothing too technical, as this was an interview for an entry-level Software Developer position. The interviewers were very friendly and made the process very enjoyable.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

A frustrated user approaches you and asks you about an ambiguous error message they are receiving. How would you respond and how would you advise them to solve the error they are receiving?
