I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Prolink (Columbus, OH) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process had 4 parts and had 6 interviews in it total. I applied in late October and had an hour-long initial phone-screen interview within a week where she asked a lot of 'get-to-know-you' questions and told me about the company. The next week I had an hour-long in-person interview with the Regional Director in the Columbus office and it was pretty intimidating, to be honest. The questions consisted of a lot of personality-fit questions, but also the whole interview was much more of you talking than the Director talking (as interviews usually are) and you had to prove how your experience fit with the Recruiter role and convince him how you are an ideal candidate. I was not very confident leaving this interview and did not expect to move forward in the process, but a few days after that interview I was invited in for a half-day shadow and interviews with the Account Managers - and I went in a week later for that one. It lasted about 3.5 hours and consisted of 45 minutes shadowing a Recruiter, and three 45-minute interviews with Account Managers that were so enjoyable and felt more like conversations than interviews - the people who work in the Columbus office really are the best at making you feel at home while still making sure you're fit for the job. After the half-day I got another email asking for a final interview with the Regional Director, but this time over the phone (I thought it was really weird that they wanted a second interview with the person I had already talked to before, and that it would be over the phone which seems like a de-escalation in formality). I had the final interview and it was moreso the Director asking me how I liked the half-day and what I liked about the experience and any concerns/challenges that I saw. We talked about that for about 30 minutes and then he gave me an offer - which came formally in an email the next day.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict.
Have had initial interview with Recruiter. Nice lady. Set me up for 2nd interview. Not heard back yet, but it is making me write this review to even research the company. Will update.
Fast and really simple I didn’t have a problem navigating the interview. Everyone was really informative and easy to get along with. Thank you. And this was this morning after pill.
First with human resources rep and then with a recruiting manager. First was very quick and asked basic interview questions. The second was a video call and questions were typical for interview. Ask about competitiveness and willingness to work odd hours if needed.
