They had a combination of shadowing a recruiter and having conversation with management. I appreciated their willingness to show you the day to day. However, most information shared was outdated and speaking to their experience in a previous market.

What would you do in the situation where you would have to give bad news to your employee?
Have had initial interview with Recruiter. Nice lady. Set me up for 2nd interview. Not heard back yet, but it is making me write this review to even research the company. Will update.
Fast and really simple I didn’t have a problem navigating the interview. Everyone was really informative and easy to get along with. Thank you. And this was this morning after pill.
First with human resources rep and then with a recruiting manager. First was very quick and asked basic interview questions. The second was a video call and questions were typical for interview. Ask about competitiveness and willingness to work odd hours if needed.
