I was contacted by HR to set up a phone interview with a Senior Manager. The set-up took a few weeks due to slow responses to my emails. Phone interview went well. Basic behavior questions to address critical thinking. Senior Manager was very nice and forthcoming about answers. Stated I would be contacted by HR to set up an in-person interview, which also took a few weeks due to slow responses. In-person interview consisted of an interview with HR, Senior Management, a Senior Budget Analyst, and the CEO. Everyone was very friendly and conversational. I was told I would hear a follow up in two the three weeks. I sent a thank you email the next business day and heard no response. I didn't hear anything in three weeks so I sent a follow up email to HR and heard nothing. I sent a second follow up email to the Senior Manager about a week later and heard nothing.
