Interview
I applied online - Feb 2021.
The process was super fast and friendly! The entire process took exactly 3 weeks but was still professional and gave me a good feeling. I finished each interview knowing where I stand, what is left in the process and the hr contacted me a day or two after each interview.
All my interviews were online due to COVID.
1. short call with the hr, general questions about me, and salary expectations.
2. Senior PM - experience questions and some strategic thinking and product thinking normal PM questions.
3. Home assignment - short and interesting 3 tasks about the company's product and its challenges. UX and wireframes and analytical understanding. Also gave me a bit of understanding about the way the company works.
4. VP Product - Again some questions about my experience, getting to know their expectations and goals, some interesting product questions, and review & feedback of the assignment.
5. VP R&D - mostly to check cultural fit and to share how they work. very interesting conversation.
6. HR - cultural fit and behavioral questions to get to know me.
7. CEO - very good short call with CEO to check cultural fit and share the vision.
In general, it was a great process and the people were really nice and welcoming - which is the most important thing.

Interview
A 5-stars interview process; regardless if they made an offer or not.
Four things that made them stood out from other interview processes:
1 - It was fast! It took 3 weeks overall. They didn’t make me wait for weeks between calls.
2 - They didn’t let me hanging. HR reached out after each interview within a day. All interviewers gave feedback on the spot so I wasn’t left wondering how it went from their POV.
3 - Pleasant, honest and transparent conversations. All of the interviewers were friendly and answered all my questions without hiding anything. They tested and challenged me, but it’s was clear they had good intentions.
4 - Reasonable home assignment that didn’t make me waste a lot of time.
Promo does the correct thing here. Interviews are for employers to bring the best talent, but it’s also a process where potential employees figure out if there’s a match with the company culture and managers.
The process was all on video calls due to COVID.
1. HR quick call
2. Meet VP Product - introductions and questions about my previous experience as PM. Then tests on my strategic and product thinking.
3. Home assignment - 3 tasks connected with the product and its challenges. One about UX and wireframes, one about analytical thinking and planning, and one about understanding data.
4. VP R&D - cultural fit
5. HR - cultural fit
6. Meet the CEO - cultural fit

Question 1
1. Data oriented questions.
2. Decision making questions

Interview
The process began with an interview with hr.
This was followed by an interview with a product manager who asked classic and pleasant product management questions.
The very annoying problem was the home assignment that followed, the questions seemed to be using candidates to find free solutions to their problems.
The task I was given was for a good few days, on the company's products, on their mains problems. I humiliated myself and carried it out.
After several working days, all I got was a declining call from the hr.
Do not make the mistake I made, do not agree to such tasks.
