      Junior Project Engineer Interview

      7 Oct 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Airdrie, AB
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Propak Systems (Airdrie, AB) in May 2020

      Interview

Fairly straight forward generic questions with very few technical questions. Tour of the manufacturing facility (shop) where they describe the process start to end and also observe your enthusiasm. It's better to get the hiring manager's contact details as well as the HR rep so you can send follow up email and phone calls to both parties.

      Question 1

Describe a scenario where a colleague is unable to understand your concept, what would you do to describe it better?
