I applied through university. I interviewed at Prorigo Software (Pune) in Feb 2026
Interview
I appeared for an interview through campus placement and completed five rounds: one aptitude test, one coding round, two technical interviews, and one HR round. I cleared all the rounds, but I was still rejected.
I invested a lot of time and effort throughout the entire interview process, but the company rejected me without providing any proper reason. I also reviewed my interview feedback, and my ratings were good, yet I was not selected.
There were many candidates when I started the interview process, but I was one of the few who reached the final round. After going through such a long selection process, I expected at least a clear and satisfactory explanation from HR regarding the rejection.
I feel that providing constructive feedback to candidates who reach the final stage shows professionalism and helps candidates improve for future opportunities.
