I showed up to the interview 15 minutes early. The Interviewer strolled in 17 minutes after me, making her late. She then proceeded to go to her office and started printing out what I'm assuming were the materials she needed to conduct the interview. So once she was all done with that, she grabbed the other Interviewer to help with the interview and then we started, 25 minutes after my scheduled interview time. Interview went as expected, typical interview questions about how do you deal with angry customers, how do you deliver excellent customer service, yadda yadda yadda. Interview lasted like 15-20 minutes and said they had one more interview with a part time teller that already worked at the branch and wanted a full time position. Great! So once they said that, I kind of figured I wouldn't get the job. Since I have banking experience, I asked for more than what they were probably willing to pay and the part time teller probably makes less than that so they went with the obvious choice. Overall, easy interview with the most unorganized and unprofessional Bank there probably is. Wouldn't recommend from my experience alone. Apply elsewhere!
