I applied online. I interviewed at Protect Democracy
Interview
The full process was an interview with one member of the development team, then a writing exercise, then interview with another member of the dev team, then an interview with the dev director, then final interview with dev director and CEO (too long of a process for a position without supervisory duties in my opinion)

Question 1
Tell me about a time when a manager made a decision that you disagreed with, how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Protect Democracy
Interview
The interview process was clear, efficient, and moved along quickly, which I was very grateful for. There was a take-home assessment and three different interviews, and the first two interviews felt very appropriate for the role with very friendly interviewers. There was a skill assessment which took a bit of time but wasn't very difficult. However, the last interview had very oddball questions that felt immensely insignificant in coordination with the actual role description - it was a disappointing end to an otherwise decent process, and the longest interview did not contain almost any questions evaluating my skill or experience. The role was also listed as remote but it was heavily implied that my presence would be wanted at a specific office over an hour away from me.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
List everything you would do (with a minute on the clock) if Trump declared a nuclear strike - quantity over quality responses
Screening interview with HR a few days after applying. Scheduled a second interview with a potential supervisor the following week. It was a very professional process and they kept me updated throughout.
