Long process of 5 interviews. Questions around experiences, how to handle situation, technical prowess on Project. I was told by the recruiter that it was a CRM position but halfway through it became more about MS Project and a teaching type of role. They are a bit disorganized on communicating what specifically they want so you have to draw that out. In my case after the 3rd interview I read reviews of the company here on Glassdoor and became less interested and received a separate offer in the middle of the interview process. So I was not disappointed in the end.

The interview process was very long and tedious. In fact, the recruiting firm I was working through said they had submitted dozens of candidates that had been through dozens of interviews with no hires ever being made. I got the sense that these folks interview just for the sake of busy work. This organization (if you can call it that) is a very amateurish.
