Question 1
What are you looking for? Secondary, Primary, SEND schools etc?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Protocol Education (Cambridge, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
After filling in the online application I was telephoned and about 40 minutes later I was invited to an interview in the office. I was also sent a few forms to fill in and bring along. The interview was friendly and relax although I didn't like the consultant called my current boss to ask for references even though I asked to do it next week when I had the chance to tell the I'm changing jobs. So my former boss heard I'm quitting from my future employer. Not great.

Great! The interviewer was very nice and helped with all of the paperwork. They may call somewhat unexpectedly. No issues. They ask about previous experience, including previous experience in teaching and working in schools.
