Invited for an initial informal coffee chat after speaking with the MD on the phone for about 30 minutes. Then asked for a more formal one to one interview with the MD and was asked mainly competency based questions but also quite a few questions about my personality and learning style, goals etc. Sensed that it was driven by personality which was good as I was interviewing for an entry level role.
