Applied for Front-End Engineer role at Provenir. The process had 1 round focused entirely on Angular concepts and JavaScript internals. Questions were theoretical and concept-heavy. The interviewers appeared to have a backend-heavy background and were not able to properly evaluate frontend-specific answers — for example, when explaining how Subjects work in RxJS, the response was not understood or acknowledged correctly. This made the experience particularly frustrating. The entire interview was over in under 25 minutes. Worst interview experience — would not recommend for frontend candidates.
