The phone interview process was very professional. Never felt pressured or nervous. The interviewer created a very comfortable environment. Was very flexible when scheduling the second interview, which was in the office.

Straight forward. Question and answer. We talked about background/ my job experience. We went over different types of coding and the fact that anesthesia coding was a very different beast than other medical coding.
