      Patient Relations Interview

      26 Jun 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Providence

      Interview

Positive experience: they said they really needed help. They stressed their core values and showed me a card of daily affirmations that they wore with their name badge. It seemed like a healthy environment. Don't be sold on management, it is pretty bad. The catholic religion, core values and doing the right thing is just a marketing scheme. It's simply about operation for money the rest is a lot of lying from management. I did experience some wonderful patients who had good relationships with their doctors.
