The process started with a video response to a number of questions. From there I was asked to an in person interview where I met at location with the supervisors and other members of the team. I was asked questions by a panel of employees and was able to ask hem questions as well. I was given a small tour of the building and explained the general dynamics of the building and culture. The people were very nice. However I feel I was sold a job that is not in line with the actual job is.
