I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Santa Monica, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
I applied online and self scheduled an interview.
The interview was a panel of 4 interviewers, they each asked about 3 questions and I had to complete a case study.
The interview questions were pretty standard, but I felt that the people interviewing me were pretty impersonal and detached. This made me feel pretty awkward.
When I reached out to the recruiter to follow up I was ignored, then received an automated rejection email a week later.
I applied online. I interviewed at Providence (Mission Hills, CA)
Interview
The interview was a group interview. Youre in a room with 5 other questions. 90% of the questions were scenario based and everyone had different questions. You are then given a case study to work on with other interviewees.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you gave false hope and how did you address it?
I applied online for the Burbank location. I then got a text survey. Then I was able to schedule my in person interview. I was interviewed by a panel of three nurses. They asked six behavioral questions, and then one case study. I just felt from the start of the interview that the interviewers were very cold towards me, and not very welcoming even though I had a very positive attitude and I went in confident. The way that they were towards me just turned me off to the entire hospital in general and made me rethink if this was even a hospital i’d want to work at. They update you if you got the job 2-3 weeks later (just did my interview yesterday)

Question 1
A time when you went above and beyond. Why did you apply to the tips program. A time where a coworker was making rude remarks and how you dealt with it.
it was a 3 person panel in a conference room, the interviewers provided minimal feed back but were reassuring when I felt I was stumbling a lot. Overall I felt really unsure but I think that was due to lack of preparation on my part.
