I was contacted via email and text and given a contact for an interview via Microsoft Teams. It was a written interview, with 3 rounds of questions. I found the process quite easy and the questions asked fit witht he job being offered.

Fast but lots of talking. Get a run down of position and what is expected of you and going through resume and position on how it relates to role. Interviewer asks experience in call center.
