There were multiple interviews. The first was with HR and the hiring manager. The second and third were then with team members in groups. In between these was a talent assessment to be completed.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ProviderTrust (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2023
Interview
I applied online via the company's website. It took several months to hear back from anyone. The company recruiter does not respond to emails under any circumstances it seems. I only heard from her when she scheduled a call with the CTO and when my application was finally rejected. I had an awesome call with the CTO and received great feedback during the call. I reached back out the following week several times to see what the feedback was as I had several pending offers, but they ultimately rejected me with 0 feedback whatsoever. Once it was all said and done, I wasn't entirely convinced that this was a real job. The CTO explained that the position has been open for a long time, and given that he doesn't have much of a technical background or education relevant to IT, I suspect that the company was looking for free consulting advice. At the end of the process, I would say that the process was very sketchy.

Tell me about your background and what you have done.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ProviderTrust (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, had a good phone call with the recruiter, then was invited to a half day onsite visit, during which I interviewed with two hiring managers and the CEO. I attended an all staff meeting, and was there for probably 3-4 hours. After that event, I didn't hear from a single person. Was completely ghosted. I reached out a couple of times through text and email, but got nothing back. As a result, I will avoid this company at all costs. This is not how go treat people.
