Proxima Clinical Research interview questions

i had to submit 1 video questionnaire on LinkedIn, and then 1 zoom interview with three experienced team members including the manager, and I soon after had a phone call conversation with the CEO of the company. It was very positive and engaging, they are polite and professional.

Easy relaxed interview process. Nice and friendly people but they lacked communication. I had to follow up on a time to schedule the first interview after receiving the interview offer. Also never got a "thanks but no thanks" email not 100% required but never heard back even after I politely asked for a status on the position. Seemed to only care about getting the job done and not going beyond what is needed
