Het interview verliep via videoconferentie. Voor het interview vroeg ik nog of ik niet te weinig ervaring had, maar dit was geen probleem. De recruiter beloofde me de week erna te berichten over de uitkomst, maar dit gebeurde pas nadat ik haar de week daarna had gevraagd over de status van mijn kandidatuur. Uiteindelijk werd ik alsnog geweigerd wegens "echt te weinig ervaring". Tja.

The interview process was straightforward with the team lead and a few colleagues. you are given the floor if you're communication skills allow, to demonstrate the security initiatives you led and delivered, and the knowledge you have. each colleague would then scrutinise your knowledge in one aspect or domain, partly to test your knowledge, and partly to understand where to position you within the team according to your expertise.

Premier contact par téléphone. Dans mon cas, il s'agissait d'une interview avec manager et autre personne avec un profil plus technique. Par la suite une autre interview avec des profils des resources humaines. Dans ces deux interviews, tout s'est agréablement passé.

-Les entretiens vidéo ne sont pas agréables pour tout le monde , parlée face caméra n'est pas un exercice facile pour tout le monde - Au niveau des offres multilangues pour certains jobs , ça serait bien de spécifier en quelle langue il faudrait répondre

J'ai envoyé ma candidature par LinkedIn, j'ai été contacté pour un entretien téléphonique. Si l'entretien est favorable, l'on est envoyé sur place pour passer un examen pratique de codage. J'ai refusé l'offre car ils ont modifié leur proposition pour proposer un CDD au lieu du CDI indiqué initialement.
- Imaginez qu'un call center de Proximus reçois subitement un nombre élevé de d'appel. Que faites-vous pour identifier la raison de ce pic d'appels.

Il faut d'abord remplir à des questions sur soi-même sur leur site avant de postuler. Ensuite, un appel est reçu pour parler de l'emploi et on est invité à répondre à une interview en vidéo différée.

Langue procédure de sélection D’abord un entretien de présélection, puis une présentation vidéo, ensuite un entretien final avec le manager La présélection est faite via des entreprises externes comme par exemple Actiris
- Se présenter parler de ses expériences, ses compétences , points forts, points faibles, pourquoi vouloir travailler pour Proximus . Y a également un jeu de rôle

Online tests and video interview questions. Assesment Day in the offices in Brussels. Very biased interview procedure, only two candidates get hired every round. When you have a daddy working there, you are almost sure you get the job and your HR interview is easier than the others. Don't apply and waste your time like I did, most candidates are not hired for their skills but via internal connections.
