I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Dec 2015
Interview
First round was a phone interview that was behavioral and simple. Tell me about a project you worked on, etc. Next round was an in person interview with a Level 07 VP; he wanted to tell me about project management and about his background first, then he simply reviewed my resume and asked about my background, interests, and why I wanted to work at Prudential. He asked my plans for after college. Very friendly and relaxed. Immediately after, I interviewed with two people at once, both project managers as well. Nice and friendly, just like before. More resume related questions, going more in-depth with my experiences and asking about what I took away from all my experiences.

Question 1
What about finance interests you? What did you learn from (this experience on your resume)?
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Nov 2019
Interview
The first two steps were online. After viewing your resume, if you fit the basic criteria you were invited to complete a digital introduction. You only had to do one of these if you applied to multiple roles. About a day after completing that they invited me to complete a hirvue interview (within the next four days). I was then invited to their on-campus interviews, however, I had to do a video one as I was abroad. This consisted of two thirty-minute interviews with two different employees of Prudential.
