On campus interview followed by a 4 hour interview at Prudential with about seven current employees from various departments. As soon as they put you in a room they come in one after the other to interview you, which can get quite tiring so definitely be ready to talk about you're resume and loads of behavioral questions.

Interview by line manager directly via Zoom, line manager asked for my previous IT job experience and then share the current project status and his exp. Friendly interview without stress

Initial phone screen with a recruiter. Then a phone screen with technical team followed by either on site or offer. The questions weren't too hard, no white boarding or anything. But overall, the process is pretty smooth

I have a 30 minute phone interview which discussed my skills and resume. Next was a 90 minute in person interview where my coding skills were tested and more questions about myself. Then another interview for 45 minute interview just about me and my fit with the company
