I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in May 2014
Interview
Applied online and was contacted by Staffing specialist within ten days. An interview was set up to meet with three members of the group I would be working for, roughly a half hour with each. Interview questions pertained to the job and was more of a conversation as opposed to a strict interview. It was a conversation detailing areas the group needed help and how I could help contribute to the group. Everyone was very nice, very honest, and was one of the more positive interviews I've ever had. No trick questions, typical tell us about yourself, straight forward job description questions, etc.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself. No real trick questions, but that is always the question that can talk you out of an interview before it even starts.
Phone interview with HR Dept who liked my experience and asked questions about it. Quite in depth questions, and quite open about their problems with the services provided . Easy to talk to and very friendly but felt like they had a lot of internal issues that needed resolving so would have been a long drawn process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
Got contacted 2 days after my application. The interviews were set up quickly. I met 6 managers/directors and everyone was so helpful and informative. Also the hr kept me updated regarding the status constantly. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
