I applied online. I interviewed at Prudential in Nov 2020
Interview
Series of questions on Hirevue, a bit stressful and got right to the point. I'd never done a Hirevue before so looking at myself was weird and I messed up but now I feel comfortable with it.
Fairly straightforward, I think the main thing I would recommend is to keep an open mind and be knowledgeable about whats going on within the company. Be prepared to know your resume inside and out, they will definitely ask many questions on it.
The process is done through a Hirevue interview with 3-4 different questions. The questions were all critical thinking questions and not technical questions. Basically, describe a scenario where you exhibited traits they are looking for.
