Applied at the beginning of Feb 2022. A few weeks later sent a cognitive and critical thinking assessment. In March called for first interview. In April called for second interview. I followed up many time but it didn’t seem like filling this position was a priority. They called to tell me I got the job in May but I had already accepted a different offer. Also they offered me less than the average salary for the position despite having a decade of experience. The Company seemed awesome and all the people were interesting and nice. I really wanted to work there. It just didn’t seem like they could get it together to complete the interview process and that my time wasn’t important.
