Had 2 interviews, both had 2 people in it. I was originally contacted by email & set up interview same week, had second interview the following week and got an offer the next week.

Fully online with multiple professionals. Quick background review and few behavior questions. First round was with hiring manager and manager position is reportable. Quick review of financial knowledge and technical expertise.

Interview
Met with 3 people: 2 analysts and the director, half hour interviews for each. Very conversational, laid back conversations. Discussed what I'm doing in my current role and made it an open forum for any questions.
A couple days later after the interview I got a call from HR saying that they're interested in pursuing my candidacy. I followed up a week later and they informed me that they gave the position to someone internal.
