I had a one on one with a a recruiter then was moved forward further into another interview process. I'll go in today with one of the managers to have another conversation which will be more traditionally interview based.

I was contacted by a recruiter about the Financial Planner position via Linkedin. I set up an appointment for a call with the recruiter and then they set up an in-person appointment with someone from Prudential. The in-person appointment was less than 40 minutes.

They asked about my investment/sales experience and let me know that the position was 100% commission based.

15 minute phone call interview to start, followed by a 30 minute zoom interview, concluding with a 30 minute interview in the office. The overall process is very easy and mostly asks why you would want to work for Prudential and if you are alright with the pay.

It was very thorough and transparent. The recruiters were easy to talk to and took time to understand what I was looking for. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend this company.
