[CAMPUS PLACEMENT, NOT OFF-CAMPUS] The interview process was emphasising more on one's problem solving skills and they did not actually look on one's programming skills. They wanted people who can solve problems and can write algos ( not specifically the way it should be, but they just wanted solutions ) so that they can absorb and train them in domains they require manpower.

First I was shortlisted for interview by passing the online test. It was easy and then after test in the interview process there was logical test for 45min and then followed by an non-technical interview which was based on answers written in logical test. Shortlisted will attend HR interview.
