After applying for the role, HR waits until the application period ends, then calls for a short first screening interview. After that, an invite is emailed for a formal interview meeting.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Public Transport Victoria (Docklands) in Jun 2018
Interview
Interviews are always held as a panel of three and there is an endeavour to mix the panel gender wise and have someone neutral, ie an HR rep on the panel. Questions are shared around the panel and opportunity is given to ask your own or ask for repeat to get a better understanding. A very fair and open process.
