1 hour long interview split into two parts. First part was an interview with 2 people where they took turns asking questions from a rubric. Questions range from personality tests to HTML/CSS knowledge. Second part consisted of a written test where the technical skills were tested. This is done alone in a quite room and 30 minutes is given to this part. Interviewer seemed tired and just wanted to get the interview over with. I am disappointed with the level of professionalism especially considering this is a government job.
