I did the recruiter screening and the interview with hiring manager. The hiring manager was incredibly unprofessional, did not show up during our chosen interview time only to call me to do the interview right at the end of the interview slot. Seemed extremely uninterested and asked technical questions when I was informed that the interview was purely behavioral. Asked me zero questions about my experience and did not give me time to ask any questions at the end.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Groupe (Bengaluru) in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview process was fine but the HRs behavior was very unprofessional. They will never respond properly despite multiple follow up. Had a bad experience. They just simply ghost you.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Publicis Groupe (Detroit, MI) in May 2024
Interview
I have spoken to recruiters twice about opportunities at Publicis. The first time was in 2021 for an internship in their Chicago office. They said that they would reach back out and never did. The next time I spoke to a recruiter was about 2.5 weeks ago when THEY reached out to ME about an opportunity. We ended the call on a very positive note and the recruiter said that they think I would be a great fit for the role and to let them know if I was still interested after reading the job description that they sent. I read the description and told them I was still interested and asked about next steps (within the hour I was sent the job description). I waited 48 hours with no response, so based on the fact that the recruiter thought I had a really good vibe and was a great match, I sent a pretty much saying "just wanted to follow-up in case you didn't receive my prior email" "thank you for reaching out and speaking to me about the role" and "please let me know what I can do to further to next steps". Again, no response. If you are recruiting and you have a positive outlook on a candidate, at least let that candidate know that they decided to go in a different direction or that the position is no longer available. I wasn't upset when it happened the first time because it was for an internship and it was pretty common in 2021 to not receive responses at the time, but to do it again makes it seem like they leave a lot of people hanging.

Question 1
Are you able to come into the work place 3 days a week? (it was an introductory phone call so we didn't go that in-depth)
