Received a request for a phone interview, was told I would be a great fit and was then ghosted after the interviewer tipping me off that managers make it difficult to hire and stay in touch with candidates.
It was a 3 stage process, starting with a screening call from their recruitment specialists before meeting with the direct line managers for the role and finally a meeting with two peers.
