First, HR called to understand the basic situation and introduce the business. This was followed by an interview with the direct supervisor, who asked in detail about previous work experience to assess relevant skills and industry expertise

The interview process started with one phone screen with recruiter. Then, three rounds of interview with the team that is hiring. Process was less than a month and went very smoothly.

Quite slow with some emails being missed, with a psychometric online test, an initial interview call, a lengthy assessment day that included two interviews and a group task. Overall took more than a month from initial application to hear back on the final decision. I still don’t know what agency or specific job I might be doing, as we were assessed for several different similar roles.
