Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. As a company and a team who believes in taking ownership and also improving and focusing on offering a good candidate experience, this is very important feedback.
I am so sorry that you had a bad experience - I hope we can provide some more context.
Regarding the complicated process - I hear you, we have experimentd with multiple application processes, and with the number of applications we are receiving, asking open ended questions, and asking for a video really helps us to see who is serious about this job and this company, and it helps us understand the person behind the resume.
The week of silence you mentioned - that is for sure not exectable - we aim to get back to every candidate within 48 hours, we don't always get this right, and I apologise that we failed in this regard.
Regarding the assignment, I can guarantee you that we will never use candidate assignment data, and that our aim is to keep the assignment as close as possible to the actual job.
You are right, we did pause hiring last year. With what was going on in the economy, and in the market, we didn't think it was wise to continue hiring during uncertain times. We have successfully filled the position this time around, and a new team member will be joining us soon.
