Interview
I was called two hours after submitting application. I interviewed the following day and was given an offer by the end of the day. It was a quick and pleasant experience for me.
Filled out application on line…was asked a few days later to come into store 3 management people there in interview…just average questions…I told them positive things I liked about the company…let them know I lived within 2 miles of store…and was eager to work any shift.

Interview with Department manager normally in person, takes about 30 mins. Easy enough process. Normally you do a quick phone interview or online form before receiving the interview. Took me about 2 days to hear back on a decision.
