They want to make sure you're serious about working there, so it took about 2 months before I got an interview. However, the interview is basically a formality by that time.

Do you understand the point of a business is to make money?
They asked me whether I knew how to do things outside of bagging and restocking when I clearly stated I was only going to do bagging or restocking shelves with the desired items.

They asked if I could cut a sandwich in half efficiently and quickly
They weren’t hiring anymore minors at the time didn’t want to proceed with interview. My son needed a summer job and they stated they hired as many minors as they could.

Interview
Interview was brief. Questions were simple and easy to understand. Overall well-paced and well constructed. Interviewer was nice. Everything was good. Some questions were slightly tricky but overall good interview.
