I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Publix (Clearwater, FL) in May 2013
Interview
It was very quick to me and I didnt feel he was saying anything to get me to agreeb to the jobs. Told me they were willing to train me but I think he had too much faith in the management for the deli at the time. Told me the chances of moving up especially if you were younger using a 18 year old who moved up to manger of a store in a few years. Broke down the stock options a bit and how you could save money within the company. It made me feel real confident about the job and if I had a problem.
Very short and easy interview. The interview only lasted about five minutes and they asked me about how I would handle certain situations. After the interview, they called me a few days later and offered me a job.
