I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Publix (Lakeland, FL) in Aug 2018
Interview
Phone interview answer with a 1-10 then explain your answer. And in my opinion this is a bad way to conduct a phone screen. They wonder why the turn over rate is so high because they don’t hire people with the skills that and experience to do the job. I’d rather go in person and interview. They just started this phone screening this this year and it sucks
I went to 3 interviews. And because I’m a woman they refuse to hire me. Told me it’s hard work. I have more than enough experience picking on a stow jack for 4 years that I did up until I was 7 months pregnant. All while work 6 days 11 hours, and Driving 45 mins one way

Interview was pretty straight forward. Did take 6 months to get an interview. After the first part of the process you have to do a strength and again test. Not hard at all but make sure you have good grip strength .
