I filled out an application on there website i received a call a few days after from the customer service manager saying she would like to set up an interview with me. A week later i was suppose to have an interview with the manager of the store & the deli manager but the deli manager wasn't there that day so it was just a 1 on 1 interview it was like a quick 5 minute interview she told me to come in the next day to talk to the customer service manager this was like a 40 minute interview she was very Nice & offer me the job on the spot i took a drug test right then & there i passed drug test ( This took 2 weeks cause of the holidays ) Then i filled out paperwork now i have my orientation date 1/11/2020 (Can't wait to get started)
They asked me whether I knew how to do things outside of bagging and restocking when I clearly stated I was only going to do bagging or restocking shelves with the desired items.

They asked if I could cut a sandwich in half efficiently and quickly
They weren’t hiring anymore minors at the time didn’t want to proceed with interview. My son needed a summer job and they stated they hired as many minors as they could.

Interview
Interview was brief. Questions were simple and easy to understand. Overall well-paced and well constructed. Interviewer was nice. Everything was good. Some questions were slightly tricky but overall good interview.
