It wasn't bad at all. The main thing about this role is your customer relationship skills. You have to know that the customers are the priority of the business. If you do not have that down, you don't get the job. But this company is a very welcoming company.

What would you do when dealing with an angry customer.
East interview, greeted by assistant manager. Very friendly staff as well. Thirty minutes no more than forty minutes. Also got to meet the store manager, great environment overall. Dressed business casual
This is one of the easiest interviews I’ve encountered. Be yourself, it’ll take you far. They love someone who wants to tend to the customer at almost any cost, a team player, and one who takes time management seriously.

Single round interview with the manager, list of basic personal questions as well as common interview questions. Time took about thirty minutes in a side office and then offered on spot
