Given a pen and a sheet of paper to solve a small series of algebra word questions before I could officially start the interview process. I was able to use a phone calculator though.

I applied online, days later I was contacted for a quick interview. I came in the next day and spoke with the pharmacy manager. The interview was standard and was told to wait for a second call by the store manager.
