Interview
I was called in to do interview with Customer Service Manager. I was 16 at the time and I was nervous. The manager made me feel very comfortable. I believe the whole process maybe lasted 20mins. I was offered the position and given a mouth swab to be drug tested.
They asked me whether I knew how to do things outside of bagging and restocking when I clearly stated I was only going to do bagging or restocking shelves with the desired items.

They asked if I could cut a sandwich in half efficiently and quickly
They weren’t hiring anymore minors at the time didn’t want to proceed with interview. My son needed a summer job and they stated they hired as many minors as they could.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publix (Loganville, GA) in Dec 2021
Interview
Interview was brief. Questions were simple and easy to understand. Overall well-paced and well constructed. Interviewer was nice. Everything was good. Some questions were slightly tricky but overall good interview.
