Pretty rigorous process but in a good way — exactly what you'd expect from a team that takes engineering seriously. Kicked off with an initial recruiter call to go over background and mutual fit, then moved into several rounds of technical interviews, all virtual. Some of the technical sessions ran up to 90 minutes, which was challenging but fair. Wrapped up with a hiring manager session that was more strategic and culture-focused. The technical depth of the interviewers was impressive — you could tell these are people who genuinely love what they do and work in an environment that pushes for smart, well-engineered solutions.
