They have a pretty detailed interview process with 4 different steps: HR Interview, Written Assessment, Hiring Manager Interview and Final Interview. The whole process took about a month. I liked the team's vibe and I was actually excited about the prospect of working there. They were very communicative which made the process very transparent and easy-going. I did bring up the negative glassdoor reviews during my interview and it seems like they have made an effort to improve on their company culture. I made it all the way to the final interview but sadly, I was not given an offer.
